p. 189. 14 columns: stub, "Cases in which formal actions taken", "Total formal actions taken", then CA, CB, CC, CD (split into Jurisdictional disputes / Unfair labor practices), CE, CG, CP, CA combined with CB, C combined with representation cases, Other C combinations. Row "10(k) notices of hearings issued": only two figures are printed in the type-of-case block — 60 under CD "Jurisdictional disputes" — and a short dash rule sits in the CD "Unfair labor practices" column, which I transcribed as an empty cell per the blank/dash rule. All other type-of-case cells in that row are blank (not zeros). Where the CD "Jurisdictional disputes" column is empty in other rows the cell really is blank on the page, not a printed 0; only the "Unfair labor practices" half of CD carries a 0. Scan speckle: a stray ink dot precedes "106" in the CB column of "Decisions and orders by the Board, total" (read as 106); similar isolated dots appear in the stub area and in blank cells of the 10(k), "Hearings completed, total", "Backpay hearings", "Other hearings" and "Upon consent of parties" rows, and two marks sit in the right margin beside "Backpay hearings"/"Other hearings". None are digits or footnote markers. Trailing leader dots were dropped from labels (e.g. "Backpay hearings." is printed with a terminal leader dot). The two-line label "Adopting administrative law judges' decisions (no exceptions filed)" was joined into one row. All row and column arithmetic I spot-checked is internally consistent (e.g. 4,672+497+211+23+11+2+80+103+98+14 = 5,711; 1,337+106+40+52+6+8+3+13+14+8+9 = 1,596), so no misprints are suspected.
