p. 188. Two-panel layout: the page prints the same two column headings twice, side by side. Transcribed as a single three-column panel, left panel first (section A through the end of the 8(b) subsection list ending 8(b)(1)(2)(3)(6)), then the right panel beginning with the "Recapitulation^1" of 8(b) totals. The column headings are given once. Punctuation restored from degraded print: this is a 1-bit scan in which many periods did not reproduce. The percent column is uniformly one-decimal (several cells retain a visible point: 12.7, 8.0, 5.9, 0.5, 6.2, 100.0, 100.0 under 8(e)), while most others print as a gap (e.g. "20 4", "100 0"); the decimal point has been written in every cell of that column. Likewise the periods after the section letters and after "sec" in the section lines and footnotes are faint or absent in the scan and have been restored ("A.
