Eight printed columns: stub, Total, and six columns under the spanner "Identification of filing party" (AFL-CIO unions, Teamsters, Other national unions, Other local unions, Individuals, Employers). The three panel headings "RC cases", "RM cases", "RD cases" are centered banner lines across the value columns; they are transcribed as label-only rows. In the RC panel the Employers column is blank for all five rows; in the RM panel only the Total and Employers columns carry values; in the RD panel the Employers column is blank. Two stray ink specks are present and were not transcribed: a dot after "Closed fiscal 1981" in the RC panel's stub area, and a small mark left of "1,893" in the RC "Pending September 30, 1981" row. The caption carries footnote marker 1, which is omitted with the caption per instructions. All row sums of the six detail columns agree with the printed Total in both the RC and RD panels; no misprints detected.
