p. 185. Eight columns: stub, Total, and six columns under the spanner "Identification of filing party". The stub column has no printed heading, so cell 0 of both header levels is empty; "Total" is a tall single heading repeated in both levels. The first block of five rows (Pending October 1, 1980 through Pending September 30, 1981) carries no printed section line — it is the all-cases block that sits directly under the column headings — so it is transcribed with no label row above it. The later blocks each have a centered section line, transcribed as a label row with empty value cells. In the "Union-shop deauthorization cases" block only the Total and Individuals columns carry figures; the other five columns are blank in all five rows (a few isolated specks of scan dirt appear in those blank cells and in the margin, e.g. near "Closed fiscal 1981" in the Employers column and near "Pending September 30, 1981" in the Other national/Other local columns; they are treated as blank). The scan is clean and every row's six filing-party figures sum exactly to the printed Total, and the five case-type blocks sum to the all-cases block, so no misprints are apparent. Minor rendering points: faint scan noise leaves stray periods after some stub labels (e.g. the last "Pending September 30, 1981" in the Unit clarification block and "Closed fiscal 1981" in the unfair labor practice block); these are not transcribed. The sentence periods in footnote 1 and the terminal periods of footnotes 2 and 3 are very faint in this scan; they are transcribed as printed periods. Footnote marker 1 attaches to the caption, which is excluded per instructions, but the footnote text itself is retained.
