Reader’s notes

p. 277. 17 columns: stub plus four panels of four columns (All R, RC, RM, RD elections), each panel's four columns sitting under a spanning "Elections conducted" banner. The footnote marker 1 is printed only on the "Resulting in certification" heading of the All R elections panel; the same heading in the RC, RM and RD panels carries no marker. The indented "Rerun required" / "Runoff required" lines under each type carry a value only in the "Resulting in a rerun or runoff" column of each panel; all their other cells are blank in the print, and they are transcribed as "". Their figures were checked against the column rules (e.g. All R 174/34 sit under 208; RC 161/33 under 194; RM 3/0 under 3; RD 10/1 under 11). Stray single ink dots (leader-dot remnants) appear in the stub beside "Runoff required" after All types, beside "Consent elections", and beside "Board-directed"'s "Rerun required"/"Runoff required" pair; they are dropped. The scan renders many dotless i's ("elecṭions", "certificaṭion", "Sṭipulated"); these were read as ordinary "i". The row label is printed "Expedited—sec 8(b)(7)(C)" with an extra space and no period after "sec"; transcribed with a single space. Arithmetic observations only, nothing altered: for "All types" the panels sum to 8,531 total, 125 withdrawn, 208 rerun/runoff and 8,198 certified exactly. For RD "Board-directed", 3 total − 0 withdrawn − 1 rerun = 2 certified, consistent.
