56 of 56 figures sit in a row or column sum that works out.

Reader’s notes

p. 272. 17 columns: stub plus 8 case-type panels (All C, CA, CB, CC, CD, CE, CG, CP), each with Number and \"Percent of cases closed\". Decimal points: this scan drops most small dots (the dots over the letter i are missing throughout, e.g. \"disposition\" and \"judge's\" render undotted), so the percent figures appear as \"100 0\", \"84 5\", \"0 4\". They are decimal fractions and are transcribed with the decimal point: \"100.0\", \"84.5\", \"0.4\". No digits were altered. In the row \"After administrative law judge's decision, before issuance of Board decision\", the CE cases / Percent cell contains a printed 0 in the Number column and a small isolated dot in the Percent column; the Percent cell is treated as blank (\"\") since no digits are present. That stray mark is the only ambiguous cell. Percent cells are left blank wherever the corresponding Number is 0 and no percentage is printed (several cells in the CC, CD, CE, CG and CP panels), matching the image. The caption carries footnote marker 1, which is keyed to the single footnote below the table; the caption itself is omitted per instructions. No part of the table appears cut off by the crop.
