0 of 13 figures sit in a row or column sum that works out.
p. 271. Three printed columns (stub plus two), one heading level. Decimal points: the scan has dropped nearly all small dots (the dots over every "i" are missing, e.g. "dısposıtıon", "ıssuance"), so the percent column reads as "100 0", "37 2", "32 3" etc. in the image. These are one-decimal percentages and the decimal point is lost to scan degradation, not absent from the print, so they are transcribed as "100.0", "37.2", "32.3" and so on; no digits were altered. The reading is corroborated by the arithmetic, which is internally consistent throughout: 150+23+0=173, 148+10+0+10=168, 93+5+0+9=107, and 173+17+168+107=465; the four percent subtotals 37.2+3.6+36.2+23.0=100.0, and each block's percents sum to its subtotal. The two labels "After Board decision and determination of dispute" and "By Board decision and determination of dispute" are each followed in the image by a single period, read as the stub of a leader-dot run and dropped per the leader-dot rule; no other label carries one. The "5" in "After 10(k) notice, before opening of 10(k) hearing" under Dismissal is printed with a broken top stroke and could superficially be misread, but 1.1 percent of 465 is 5.1 and 93+5+0+9=107 fixes it as 5. No footnotes are printed below the table's bottom rule, and nothing appears cut off by the crop.
