Seven columns: stub, "Cases in which formal actions taken" (a tall heading spanning both header levels), and five columns under the spanner "Formal actions taken by type of case" (Total formal actions taken, RC, RM, RD, UD). In the row "Hearings completed, total", a small stray ink mark (resembling a reversed "c" or "J") sits just left of the value 215 in the RD column, immediately after the column rule. It is not a footnote marker or a digit in any other row of that column, and the column's components (195 + 20 = 215) confirm the value is 215; the mark was treated as a scanning artifact and omitted. "Review of regional directors' decisions", "Regional directors' decisions" and "Outcome" are indented section labels printed with no values; their value cells are empty in the image. Arithmetic checks (not corrections) all agree with the printed figures, including the subtotals under "Granted/Denied/Remanded", "Affirmed/Modified/Reversed" and "Election directed/Dismissals on record". The one non-additive line is "Requests for review received" (798), which exceeds Withdrawn (5) + ruled upon (687) + Board decision after review (98) = 790; this is as printed and presumably reflects requests still pending. The caption carries footnote marker 1, which is tied to the single footnote under the table; per instructions the caption itself is omitted.

"Review of regional directors' supplemental decisions" and "Regional directors' decisions" are indented section labels printed without values; their value cells are left empty. In the first data row the RD cell is printed "129" with a small stray ink mark after the final digit (it reads like 129' in the scan); it is transcribed as 129, which is confirmed by the column arithmetic (32 + 97 = 129). For a reader of the grid: throughout this panel the "Total formal actions taken" column equals RC + RM + RD only and excludes UD (e.g. 1,490 + 43 + 129 = 1,662; 544 + 13 + 60 = 617). This is as printed and has not been altered. Indentation of row labels (which marks the hierarchy of the breakdown) is not preserved in the stub text.
