p. 257. 14 columns: stub, "Cases in which formal actions taken", "Total formal actions taken", and the eleven type-of-case columns (CD is split into "Jurisdictional disputes" and "Unfair labor practices"). Stray hand-made marks on the scan, treated as annotations and not transcribed: (a) row "10(k) notices of hearings issued", CC column — a slanted pencil-like mark resembling "81/" or "A1/" sits where a figure would be; the printed CD-jurisdictional value 71 alone equals the row's "Total formal actions taken" of 71, so the CC cell is genuinely empty and the mark is not data. (b) Row "Backpay specifications issued" — comma-like flecks flank the CC "0" and a short tick follows the CE "0"; both cells read as plain 0. Arithmetic check: in every data row the eleven type-of-case figures sum exactly to the printed "Total formal actions taken", which confirms the column assignment throughout. No printed total appears to be in error. The footnote marker "1" is not printed anywhere inside the grid; it presumably attaches to the table caption, which is outside this crop. The caption and page number are likewise outside the crop.
