Eight printed columns: stub, Total, then six columns under the spanner "Identification of filing party" (AFL-CIO unions, Teamsters, Other national unions, Other local unions, Individuals, Employers). "Total" is a tall heading spanning both heading levels and is repeated in each; the stub has no printed heading. "RC cases", "RM cases" and "RD cases" are centered section banners printed across the value columns; they are transcribed as label-only rows. The RM-cases block prints values only in the Total and Employers columns (the six intervening columns are blank in the image); the RC- and RD-cases blocks leave the Employers column blank. These blanks are as printed, not omissions. The footnote marker "1" belongs to the caption ("Fiscal Year 1980 1"), which is excluded per instructions, so no in-table cell carries a marker. Scan quality: the halftone drops the dots on many "i" characters (e.g. "Pendıng", "Receıved", "fiscal", "unıons", "Indivıd-uals"); these are rendered with normal spelling. The footnote line ends without a printed period. All row arithmetic checks out (component columns sum to the printed Total in every RC and RD row), so no misprints are suspected.
