The table has 17 columns: the stub, "Total elections", five columns under "Number of elections in which representation rights were won by unions" (Total, AFL-CIO unions, Teamsters, Other national unions, Other local unions), three tall single columns, five columns under "Valid votes cast for unions" (same five sub-headings), and two more tall single columns. The crop ends after the "Region IV" subtotal line (a double rule closes the image), so the remaining Standard Federal regions (V and higher) and any grand total continue on the following page and are not shown here. The stub heading carries a raised "1" ("Standard Federal regions^1"), but the text of footnote 1 is not printed within this crop, so `footnotes` is empty. Arithmetic check (not transcribed into any cell, for reader confidence only): every one of the 16 numeric columns in all four subtotal rows — Region I, II, III and IV — sums exactly to its member state rows, so no misprint is suspected anywhere on this page. Two values that look anomalous but are printed as transcribed: Virginia shows 29,253 employees eligible to vote and 24,310 eligible employees in units choosing representation against only 101 elections, and Puerto Rico shows 3,643 "Other local unions" votes; both are consistent with their region subtotals.

The grid has 17 columns (stub + 16 data columns), counted from the vertical rules; the first body row shown is Illinois, the first State of Region V, so Regions I-IV appear on the preceding page. The footnote marker 1 printed at the foot of the page refers to a heading (the stub heading on the earlier page), not to anything printed on this crop. The only genuinely doubtful cell was column 6 (the sixth data column, the second of the two narrow columns) in the Hawaii/Guam rows of Region IX: at this scan resolution a single "1" sits ambiguously between the two baselines. I resolved it as Hawaii = 1, Guam = 0 because the table's own identities require it: in every other row of the table column 2 equals the sum of columns 3+4+5+6 (Hawaii: 12+5+5+1 = 23) and the Region IX subtotal for column 6 is 32 (0+29+1+0+2). Every other figure in Guam's row is a printed 0, consistent with an all-zero row. No arithmetic discrepancies were found: all six region subtotals (V-X) reconcile with their member States in all 16 columns, and the internal identities col 1 = col 2 + col 7, col 2 = cols 3+4+5+6, col 10 = cols 11+12+13+14, and col 9 = col 10 + col 15 hold for every data row and for the "Total, all Federal regions" line. State names are set in a worn typeface (e.g. Hawaii, Michigan, Wisconsin, Missouri, Washington show broken dots over the i's); they are transcribed in standard spelling. Leader dots after each row label were dropped as instructed.
