The RC group's "Withdrawn or dismissed before certification" heading is printed with a broken/faint "drawn" (reads like "di awn" in the scan); transcribed as "Withdrawn". Internal checks are consistent as printed: for "All types", 7,214+247+788=8,249, 21+1+1=23, 167+6+10=183, 7,026+240+777=8,043; rerun 129+5+8=142 and runoff 38+1+2=41; likewise for the consent block (387+20+83=490, 381+20+82=483).

p. 304. Continuation page: no column headings are printed on this crop, so header_rows is empty. The grid has 17 columns (stub + 16 numeric), counted from the column rules; the body is evidently four groups of four columns each (a group total followed by three components), which is confirmed by the arithmetic below. The "Rerun required" and "Runoff required" sub-rows carry values only in the third column of each group (overall columns 3, 7, 11, 15); every other cell in those rows is a dash rule and is transcribed as "". Those pairs sum exactly to the value above them in the same column in all 16 instances (e.g. 97+31=128, 86+29=115, 5+1=6, 6+1=7), so the horizontal placement of the sub-row values is well anchored. Two cells in column 1 are doubtful and disagree with the rest of the table in both directions: - "Stipulated elections", column 1: I read 6,236, but the other three cells in its group sum to 17+128+6,093 = 6,238, and the corresponding group totals across the page sum to 5,478+170+590 = 6,238.
