p. 299. Eleven columns: stub plus a Number/Percent pair for each of All R, RC, RM, RD and UD cases. This scan systematically drops small dots: the dots over lowercase i's are missing throughout the caption and row labels ("Umon", "dısposition", "dırector's"), and likewise every decimal point in the Percent columns. The percent cells therefore appear in the image as e.g. "100 0", "31 7", "25 4", with the sub-1 percents appearing as a bare "5", "6", "1". I have restored the decimal points that the reproduction lost ("100.0", "31.7", ".5", ".6", ".1"); no digits were changed, added or dropped. Each panel's percents then sum to exactly 100.0 and each panel's five stage counts sum exactly to its printed total, which confirms both the digits and the placement of the restored points. The UD column's two zero percents (rows "After hearing closed before issuance of decision" and "After issuance of Board decision") are printed as a bare "0", matching the "0" in the Number column beside them; I read them as 0 rather than ".0". In the RM "Number of cases" heading a stray comma-like mark follows "Number"; it is a scan artifact, not punctuation, and the heading reads "Number of cases" like the other four. No values are cut off by the crop. The caption carries footnote marker 1 on "Fiscal Year 1979", but the caption itself is excluded per instructions.
