Suspected misprint: in the row "Contested / Initial ULP decisions", the "Total formal actions taken" cell is printed 1,105, but its own type-of-case components sum to 1,101 (881+72+25+39+3+4+1+7+21+19+29). The same 4-unit gap shows up in the column: the eight Board sub-rows sum to 1,700 in that column against the printed total of 1,696 for "Decisions and orders by the Board, total". The digit is legibly "1,105" in the scan, so it is transcribed as printed; every other cell in the table reconciles exactly in both directions (all twelve type-of-case columns, the "Cases in which formal actions taken" column, and every total/subtotal row). Cells shown as dash rules ("------") are transcribed as "" throughout: the CA/CB/CC, CE, CG, CP and right-hand combination columns on the "10(k) notices of hearings issued" line, and the "CD — Jurisdictional disputes" column on most other lines. In the "Other G combinations" column the dash rule on the 10(k) line sits close to the column rule and is partly merged with the neighbouring column's rule; it is read as a dash (empty) there. "Upon consent of parties", "Adopting administrative law judges' decisions (no exceptions filed)" and "Contested" are label-only section lines with no values; the second wraps onto two printed lines and is joined here. The caption carries a footnote marker (^1) but captions are excluded.
