p. 35. The crop shows no column headings and no caption, so header_rows is empty. Three columns are distinguishable: the stub, an inner numeric column holding the five indented component figures (233, 35, 20, 11, 62), and a right-hand numeric column holding only the total (361) on the "Total NLRB cases ruled on" line; the total row's inner cell and the component rows' right-hand cells are blank as printed. The second row's label is printed as "Affimed in full" (no "r" after the "i") while the next row reads "Affirmed with modification"; this looks like an original typesetting misprint (or possibly a dropped stroke in the scan) and is transcribed exactly as it appears. "Set aside" is letterspaced in the original ("Set aside") and is written with a single space. The five components sum to 361, matching the printed total.
