p. 298. Two printed columns: the stub "Action taken" and a single data column "Total cases closed". The first body row (value 10) has no printed row label in the stub — the space to the left of "10" is blank on the image; it is set off above the itemized lines by its position and is evidently the total row, but no label such as "Total" is printed, so the stub cell is left empty. The five itemized values (0, 2, 0, 7, 1) do sum to the printed 10. The caption's footnote marker 1 (attached to "Fiscal Year 1978") belongs to the omitted caption, not to a heading or cell. Scan is slightly degraded in the lowercase "i" dots ("jurisdiction", "insufficient", "Dismissed"), but all row labels and digits are legible.
