p. 276. Nine columns: stub plus four two-column panels (Total, By employer, By union, By both parties), each with Number and Percent by type. The stub has no printed heading, so cell 0 of both heading levels is empty. Decimal points: this is a 1-bit scan in which many printed decimal points have dropped out, so numerous percent cells render as a digit group, a gap, then a digit (e.g. "100 0", "55 0", "54 1", "32 9", "2 3", "0 0", "44 2", "4 2"). Every cell in these columns is a one-decimal percentage and the point is clearly present but faint in the print, so I have transcribed them with the decimal point restored (100.0, 55.0, 54.1, 32.9, 2.3, 0.0, 44.2, 4.2, etc.). No digits were altered. Possible misprint: in "Board-directed elections", the By union percent reads 72.9 as printed, but 27.3 + 72.9 = 100.2 rather than 100.0, and 16/22 = 72.7. The final glyph could be a degraded 7, but it looks like a 9 in the scan, so I transcribed 72.9 as seen. Every other row's three percentages sum to exactly 100.0 and every row's three counts sum to the printed total. "Consent elections" By union percent is printed 66.6 (16/24 = 66.7), and "Regional director-directed elections" By both parties percent is printed 4.3 (11/260 = 4.2); both are as printed and both rows sum to 100.0. The By both parties percent cells for "Expedited elections" and "Board-directed elections" hold a dash rule, transcribed as empty strings. "Regional director-directed elections" wraps across two printed lines with an end-of-line hyphen in "elec-/tions", joined here. "By type of case" and "By type of election" are section labels with no values.
