Decimal points: the 1-bit scan has dropped or faded the period in many Percent cells, so values such as "100 0", "40 5", "47 6", "51 6", "5 2", "5 3", "49 7", "34 7", "17 1", "32 6", "24 5", "22 5", "35 7", "31 9", "36 1", "23 8", "16 4", "11 4", "12 3", "1 2", "0 3", "0 1", "0 4", "1 9", "6 2", "7 3", "0 9", "0 8", "1 8", "14 8" appear with a gap rather than a dot. Every Percent value in this table is printed to one decimal place and neighbouring cells in the same columns show the dot clearly, so the dots have been restored (e.g. "100.0", "40.5"). No digits were changed. The "After" line under "Certification issued, total" is a label-only section line; its value cells are empty in the print.
