Decimal points: in the percent column the period is faint or dropped out of the scan in several cells, which print as a gap (e.g. "100 0", "49 1", "42 6", "6 2", "0 3", "30 1", "3 9", "13 8", "10 1"). I have written them with the decimal point, as the typesetting plainly intends and as the arithmetic confirms (42.6+6.2+0.3 = 49.1; 30.1+3.9+0.3+0.3 = 34.6; 10.1+0.6+3.1 = 13.8; 49.1+2.5+34.6+13.8 = 100.0). The number column likewise checks out: 174+9+123+49 = 355, 151+22+1 = 174, 107+14+1+1 = 123, 36+2+0+11 = 49. No printed value appears to be a misprint. Label wording is kept as printed, including the inconsistent "After 10 (k) notice" (space after "10") in the first indented line under "Dismissal"; the corresponding lines under "Agreement of the parties" and "Withdrawal" print "After 10(k) notice". The scan's broken glyphs also render some words as "ophehing"/"opening" and "10(k)"/"10(k)" inconsistently; I have normalised these to the clearly intended "opening" and "10(k)". The percent cell for "After opening of 10(k) hearing, before issuance of Board decision and determination of dispute" under "Dismissal" holds a dashed rule, so it is transcribed as "". The footnote line is clipped by the bottom edge of the crop: only the upper halves of the letters are visible, reading "1 See Glossary for definitions of te…". I have given the standard full sentence used elsewhere in this report; the tail after "definitions of te" is inferred, not legible. The caption carries footnote marker 1 ("Fiscal Year 1978 ^1"), but captions are excluded from the grid per instructions.
