p. 33. The crop shows only a fragment of the table: no caption, no column headings and no footnotes are visible, so header_rows is empty. Two numeric columns are distinguished by horizontal position: the total figure 333 is set about one column width to the right of the component figures (218, 53, 8, 7, 47), which is the usual NLRB layout of a totals column plus a components column. Because no column rules or headings survive in the crop, that two-column reading is inferred from alignment alone; if the original is printed with a single numeric column, columns 1 and 2 should be merged. All digits are clean and unambiguous, and the printed components sum exactly to the printed total (218+53+8+7+47 = 333). The table evidently continues above and/or below the crop.
