The table is an indented hierarchy in which the horizontal position of each figure marks its level, giving three distinct value columns: an innermost detail column (1,075; 3; 28; 40; 43; 95; 465; 11; 0; 2; 499; 494; 4), a mid-level column (1,146; 603; 13), and an outermost column aligned at the right margin (2,759; 1,762; 997). Columns 1-3 of the grid correspond to those three, left to right. All printed figures are legible and every subtotal is internally consistent: 1,075+3+28+40 = 1,146; 43+95+465 = 603; 11+0+2 = 13; 1,146+603+13 = 1,762; 499+494+4 = 997; 1,762+997 = 2,759. "Total Board decisions" is underscored and "Contested decisions" (1,762) carries a double rule beneath it, as does "Noncontested decisions" (997); these are typographic rules, not dash cells, and are not transcribed. End-of-line hyphens were repaired in four labels: "jurisdic-tional" to "jurisdictional", "de-cision" to "decision", "chal-lenges" to "challenges", and "certifica-tion" to "certification". The hyphen in "Union-deauthorization" is printed mid-line and is retained as part of the term. No footnotes or footnote markers appear in the crop. Nothing appears cut off at the bottom; the last body row is "Other" with 4.
