p. 327. Ten columns: stub plus three panels of three (Total—all courts, In courts of appeals, In district courts), each panel being Number decided / Court determination: Upholding Board position / Contrary to Board position. "Number decided" is a tall heading spanning the two lower heading levels; "Type of litigation" spans all four. The scan is degraded in places and a few letters drop out of the headings: the "In courts of appeals" panel's "Upholding" reads like "Upolding" and the "Total—all courts" panel's "position" like "pcsition"; several "i" characters lose their dots (e.g. "determination", "NLRB-initiated", "dissipation"). I have transcribed these as the intended standard spellings rather than as the damaged glyphs. "To enforce subpena" is spelled that way in the original (not "subpoena"). The row "Proceeding in 10(k) case" is printed with dotted leaders and dash rules in all nine value columns, i.e. no values, so every cell is empty. The last row is printed "To take action in backpay case", with a leading "To" that the other sub-items under "To compel NLRB to" do not have; kept as printed. The raised 1 after "Comply with Freedom of Information Act" is the footnote marker. All printed subtotals and totals add up internally (sub-items sum to their section lines, sections sum to "Totals—all types", and the appeals plus district columns sum to the total-all-courts columns), so no misprints are suspected among the numbers. A vertical fragment of the running head is visible in the right margin outside the table rule; it is not part of the table.
