p. 306. Eight columns: stub plus two spanner groups (Overruled, Sustained^2), each split into Number and Percent of total ruled upon. The stub has no printed heading, so cell 0 of both header levels is empty. Print quality: the decimal points in several percent cells are faint or dropped in the scan, so they read as a gap (e.g. "18 3", "80 8", "88 6", "92 4", "82 0", "85 7", "81 7"). All percent values in this table are printed to one decimal place and the arithmetic confirms the placement, so they are transcribed with a decimal point: All representation elections / Sustained Percent = 18.3; RC cases / Overruled Percent = 80.8; RM cases = 88.6; RD cases = 92.4; Stipulated elections = 82.0; Board-directed elections = 85.7; All representation elections / Overruled Percent = 81.7. Sentence-ending periods in the two footnotes are likewise faint on the page and are rendered as periods here. The Expedited elections row prints a dash rule under Sustained / Percent of total ruled upon (Sustained Number is 0), transcribed as "". "By type of case" and "By type of election" are section labels with no values; the latter prints a faint mark after "election" (a degraded colon or period) that is not transcribed. Internal checks all agree with the printed figures: 1,310 - 178 = 1,132; 925 + 207 = 1,132; the three case-type rows and the five election-type rows each sum to the "All representation elections" line; and every percent matches its Number / Objections ruled upon. No apparent misprints.
