Row label \"By type of elction\" is printed that way on the page — an apparent misprint for \"election\" (the parallel line above reads \"By type of case\"). Transcribed as printed. \"By type of case.\" is followed by a single low dot; it may be a period or the lower half of a colon whose upper dot did not survive the scan. I have written it as a period. The \"By employer\" heading carries a small stray tick to the right of the word, and a short stray mark sits under \"By union\". Both look like scan speckle rather than footnote markers, so neither is transcribed as a marker. Dash rules (leader-style \"-------\") stand in the \"By both parties\" percent column for Consent elections and Expedited elections, and in the \"By employer\" percent column for Expedited elections; all three are given as \"\".
