Decimal points: the scan has lost or nearly lost the decimal point in many percent cells (they print as e.g. "1 9", "10 0", "5 5", "20 8", "18 0", "15 6", "5 3"). These are decimal points in the original typesetting, not spaces, and I have restored them. Arithmetic checks: all count columns add correctly (both panels of rows sum to the "All representation elections" line, and the Total objections / Total challenges counts equal the component sums). Three percents appear to be off by 0.1 from the printed counts and are transcribed as printed: In RC cases / Total challenges Percent prints 5.4 (460/8,608 = 5.3); In RD cases / Total objections Percent prints 7.8 (66/856 = 7.7); Regional director-directed elections / Total objections Percent prints 18.0 (311/1,721 = 18.1). The last of these is also the cell where the degraded decimal point leaves slight doubt between 18.0 and 18.1; I read the final digit as 0. Punctuation of the two section labels is faint. "By type of case," and "By type of election," read as commas in this scan, but a degraded colon cannot be ruled out. The stub column carries no printed heading; it is blank in both header levels.
