62 of 62 figures sit in a row or column sum that works out.
p. 300. Single-panel table, 17 columns: stub plus eight case-type pairs (Number of cases / Percent of cases closed). The caption carries footnote marker 1, which is excluded from the grid per instructions. Faint or dropped decimal points: a few percent cells print the decimal point so lightly that it reads as a space — "11 6" (CE cases, Percent, row "After issuance of complaint, before opening of hearing"), "0 6" (CP cases, Percent, row "After hearing opened, before issuance of administrative law judge's decision"), and "0 8" (All C cases, Percent, row "After Board order adopting administrative law judge's decision in absence of exceptions"). Each is transcribed with the decimal point restored (11.6, 0.6, 0.8); the arithmetic supports this (16/138 = 11.6%, 3/468 = 0.6%, 286/37,602 = 0.8%). CP cases, Percent, row "After Board decision, before circuit court decree": a stray ink mark resembling an apostrophe sits just before the value, printed as "'3.0"; transcribed as 3.0 since the mark is not a footnote marker (14/468 = 3.0%). Cells shown as a dashed leader rule (no percentage computed) are transcribed as empty strings; printed zeros in the Number columns are kept as 0. A faint mark appears in the right margin beside the "Before issuance of complaint" row, outside the table's last column rule; it is not part of the table body.
