Reader’s notes

p. 299. Three printed columns, one heading level. The table has no section lines without values; the four flush-left rows (Agreement of the parties, Compliance with Board decision, Withdrawal, Dismissal) are subtotal rows with values, and the indented rows beneath each are its components. Decimal points in the "Percent of total closed" column are faint or dropped by the scan in most cells (e.g. the total reads like "100 0", and "35 5", "31 8", "0 2", "29 5", "2 0", "4 6", "24 7", "16 0"); a few survive clearly ("3.5", "36.3", "8.5"). I have transcribed them all with the decimal point, since the column is plainly one-decimal percentages and the component values sum exactly to the printed subtotals and total on that reading (31.8+3.5+0.2=35.5; 29.5+2.0+0.2+4.6=36.3; 16.0+0.2+0+8.5=24.7; 35.5+3.5+36.3+24.7=100.0). The case counts also sum exactly (145+16+1=162; 135+9+1+21=166; 73+1+0+113's parts 73+1+0+39=113; 162+16+166+113=457). The percent cell for "After opening of 10(k) hearing, before issuance of Board decision and determination of dispute" under Dismissal holds a dash rule, not a number, so it is "" (its number-of-cases cell is a printed 0). The footnote marker 1 appears on the table caption (excluded per instructions); the footnote text itself has no terminal period as printed. A stray ink mark sits in the left margin of the total row and another above the "Dismissal" row; neither is a footnote marker.
