The caption carries a footnote marker (1) but captions are excluded per instructions.\n\n\"RC cases\", \"RM cases\" and \"RD cases\" are centered section headings printed across the data columns with no values; they are transcribed as label-only rows.\n\nDash rules (------) mark the inapplicable cells and are transcribed as empty strings: the Employers column in the RC and RD sections, and the five union/individual columns in the RM section (where all cases are employer-filed, so Total equals Employers).\n\nAll printed values are internally consistent: in each section the six detail columns sum to Total, and Pending Oct 1 + Received = On docket, On docket - Closed = Pending Sept 30. No misprints detected. The scan shows some dotted-i/tittle dropout typical of this print run (e.g. \"Identification\", \"unions\", \"Individuals\", \"Pending\"), but no digit was ambiguous.
