  1. 1 See Glossary for definitions of terms.
  2. 2 See table 11E for rerun elections held after objections were sustained. In 3 elections in which objections were sustained, the cases were subsequently withdrawn. Therefore, in these cases no rerun elections were conducted.

34 of 34 figures sit in a row or column sum that works out.

Reader’s notes

p. 258. 8 columns: stub (no printed stub heading) plus 3 single columns and two 2-column spanner groups (Overruled; Sustained, which carries footnote marker 2). The scan drops or faintly prints small dots throughout (dotless "i" in "Objections", "Sustained", "upon"), so most decimal points in the two Percent columns appear as a gap, e.g. "85 5", "100 0", "15 5", "90 1"; these are transcribed as decimals (85.5, 100.0, 15.5, 90.1), consistent with the neighbouring cells where the point survives (84.5, 100.0, 82.3, 17.7, 9.9, 14.5) and with the arithmetic (194/227 = 85.5, 33/213 = 15.5, 64/71 = 90.1). The same applies to the sentence-ending periods restored in both footnotes. Cells shown as a dash rule are "": Sustained Percent for RD cases, Consent elections, Expedited elections and Board-directed elections, and Overruled Percent for Expedited elections and Board-directed elections. The Sustained Percent cell for RM cases is blank/very faint in the crop (possibly a dash rule like the RD row) and is likewise "". "Regional director-directed elections" wraps onto two printed lines and is joined into one row label. All row and column sums in the body check out against the printed totals; the caption carries footnote marker 1 and is omitted per instructions.
