p. 258. Nine columns: stub plus four two-column panels (Total, By employer, By union, By both parties^2), each with Number and Percent by type. The stub has no printed heading. The caption carries footnote marker 1 and is omitted per instructions. Decimal points: in this scan the periods in the percent figures are very faint and read almost as spaces ("100 0", "44 3"). They are decimal points — the type-level percents sum to 100.0 across the employer/union/both panels — so they are transcribed as "100.0", "44.3", etc. Doubtful cell: "Consent elections", By union / Percent by type, read as "33.0". Arithmetic suggests 33.3 (4 of 12, and 66.7 + 33.3 = 100.0), so the final digit may be a 3 degraded to 0 in the scan, or a misprint in the original. Transcribed as read. Cells shown as a dash rule (no percentage where the count is 0) are given as "": RD cases / By employer percent; Consent elections and Stipulated-row neighbours as applicable; Expedited elections / By union and By both parties percents; and the whole percent set on Board-directed elections. Board-directed elections prints 0 in every Number column with dash rules in all percent columns. There is a small stray ink mark in the left margin of the "RM cases" Total Number cell, before the 7; it is scanner noise, not a digit or footnote marker. Footnotes are printed without terminal periods, as transcribed.
