0 of 19 figures sit in a row or column sum that works out.
p. 240. Four columns: stub, "Cases in which formal actions taken", and the two-column spanner "Formal actions taken by type of case" over AC and UC. The AC/UC headings are letter-spaced on the page ("A C", "U C"); transcribed as AC and UC. Possible misprint in the first three data rows: the AC and UC figures do not add to the "Cases in which formal actions taken" figure (46 vs 5+34=39; 45 vs 5+33=38; 44 vs 5+32=37). All other rows add correctly. The digits are legible as transcribed and are internally consistent (each of the three columns steps down by 1 across the first three rows), so the figures are given exactly as printed without correction. "Review of regional directors' decisions" and "Regional directors' decisions" are section labels printed with no values; the figures on the lines below them belong to "Requests for review received" and to "Affirmed/Modified/Reversed" respectively. The footnote marker 1 appears on the caption (excluded per instructions); no in-table cell carries a marker. The footnote line is printed without a terminating period.
