p. 265. Twelve columns: stub, then five "Number of proceedings" columns and four "Percentages" columns under "Fiscal year 1976", then "Number" and "Percent" under "July 5, 1935-June 30, 1976". The stub has no printed heading, so cell 0 of each header level is empty; "July 5, 1935-June 30, 1976" spans the top two heading levels and is repeated in both. Decimal points: on this scan many periods in the percentage columns are too faint to resolve, printing as a gap (e.g. "100 0", "75 5", "8 7", "4 5", "50 0", "0 5"). These are transcribed with decimal points, since the arithmetic confirms them as one-decimal percentages (e.g. 148/196 = 75.5, 17/196 = 8.7, 2/44 = 4.5, 1/215 = 0.5). No digits were altered. "Board orders affirmed in full" (first panel), "Vs. employers only" column: the printed "148" is followed by a small raised mark. Only footnotes 1-3 exist on this page, so this is most likely a speck or broken type rather than a footnote marker, and it is transcribed as "148". The value is confirmed by the column: 148+13+11+7+17 = 196. Heading of the first "Percentages" column reads "Vs em-ployers only" with no period after "Vs" visible in the scan, unlike the corresponding "Vs. employers only" heading in the "Number of proceedings" block; transcribed as printed. Internal checks all agree with the image: 250+30 = 280 across the courts-of-appeals rows; the five detail rows sum to the "On petitions for review and/or enforcement" line in every count column; the eight Supreme Court cumulative numbers sum to 215; and each percentage block sums to 100.0. Cumulative percents 16.5 (1,021/6,208 = 16.4) and 14.4 (899/6,208 = 14.5) appear to be rounded so the column totals 100.0; transcribed as printed. Footnote 3 ends without a closing period in the image; transcribed that way. Cells holding only a dash rule are empty strings.
