p. 246. Nine columns: stub plus four two-column groups (Number / Percent by type). The stub column has no printed heading, so cell 0 of both heading levels is empty. Footnotes: the crop cuts the footnote block at the bottom edge — only the top halves of the letters of the first footnote line (which begins with marker "1") are visible, too little to read reliably, so `footnotes` is left empty rather than reconstructed. The caption carries a raised "1" and the heading "Total rerun elections" carries a raised digit; I read that digit as 3, but at this resolution it could be a 2 — the marker is recorded as ^3 on both cells of that spanning heading. Decimal points: the scan drops or thins many periods inside the percentages, so several cells print as e.g. "65 7", "100 0", "39 4", "60 0". Every such cell is a one-decimal percentage in a column whose other entries show the point clearly, so they are transcribed with the decimal point ("65.7", "100.0", "39.4", "60.0"). No value was otherwise altered. "All representation elections", Outcome of original election reversed / Number: the glyph is smudged and could be read as 64, but the stroke is a 5 and both column breakdowns sum to 54 (51+3+0 and 2+42+0+10+0), so it is transcribed as 54. All other columns likewise foot exactly to the "All representation elections" line in both panels of row sections, and every printed percentage agrees with its ratio. Percent cells that hold only a dash rule (RD cases, Expedited elections, Board-directed elections under Union certified and Outcome reversed, where the count is 0) are transcribed as "". The section label reads "By type of case." with a trailing mark that is probably a colon whose upper dot did not print; it is transcribed as the period it appears to be. "By type of election" has no trailing punctuation. The label "Regional director-directed elections" wraps across two printed lines with an end-of-line hyphen after "elec-", joined here.
