p. 245. The stub column has no printed heading, so cell 0 is empty in both heading levels. The footnote marker on the "Sustained" spanner is a raised 2, printed in a stylised form that could be mistaken for a different glyph; it matches the second footnote under the table, so it is transcribed as ^2. Faint decimal points: in this 1-bit scan the period is partly dropped in several percent cells, which print as a gap — "83 0" (All representation elections, Overruled Percent), "82 7" (RC cases), "83 3" (RM cases), "17 5" (Consent elections, Sustained Percent) and "84 8" (Regional director-directed elections). Every other cell in those two percent columns shows a clear decimal point in the same position, so these are transcribed as 83.0, 82.7, 83.3, 17.5 and 84.8. Doubtful digit: the Sustained Number cell of the "All representation elections" row is blurred between 5 and 6 (156 vs 166). It is read as 156; both column detail rows sum to 156 (147+6+3 and 7+110+0+37+2) and 917-761=156, which is consistent with that reading. The Sustained Percent cell for "Expedited elections" holds a dash rule only, so it is "". All printed totals and both sets of detail rows are internally consistent; no misprints noted.
