p. 221. Header typo as printed: the spanner reads "Formal actions taken by tpye of case" ("tpye" for "type"); transcribed verbatim. Handwritten annotation, not printed type: a cursive "14" (possibly "14b" or "142") is written in ink in the CP column on the "10(k) notices of hearings issued" row, overlapping the blank/leader area. It is not part of the printed table, so that cell is left empty. Stray scan marks: a short vertical ink tick appears just left of the "88" in the CD–Jurisdictional disputes column on the "Initial ULP hearings" row, and small flecks sit next to the "1" and the "0" values on the "Backpay specifications issued" row (CD–Unfair labor practices and Other C combinations). These are read as scan artifacts, not footnote markers or digits. No printed figure appears to be in error. The rightmost column ("Other C combinations") is typeset with its figures sitting slightly below the baseline of the rest of each row; the arithmetic checks above confirm each value belongs to the row it is assigned here, not the row beneath.
