Two-panel layout: the left panel (section A, its recapitulation, and the start of section B) is transcribed first, then the right panel (continuation of section B's recapitulation, B1, B2, C, D). The column headings "Number of cases showing specific allegations" / "Percent of total cases" are printed once over each panel and are given once here. Punctuation restoration: this is a coarse 1-bit scan in which many periods did not print. In the percent column most cells show as e.g. "14. 3", "1 4", "100 0"; since every value in that column is a one-decimal percentage I have written them with the decimal point ("14.3", "1.4", "100.0"). Likewise the abbreviation periods in the section lines "B. Charges filed against unions under sec. 8(b)", "D. Charges filed under sec. 8(g)" and the sentence-ending periods in the two footnotes are faint or absent on the image and have been written in; the wording is otherwise exactly as printed. Row structure: in sections A and B the stub prints "Subsections of sec. 8(a)" (resp. 8(b)) on its own line with no values, with an indented "Total cases" line carrying the figures below it; I have kept these as two rows rather than joining them. "Against unions and em-/ployers" is one row, the hyphen repaired. Four printed percentages do not match the implied ratio in the last digit and are transcribed as printed, not corrected: 8(a)(1)(3) "51.4" (12,108/23,496 = 51.5), 8(b)(4) "21.1" in both the left-panel detail and the right-panel recapitulation (2,265/10,806 = 21.0), 8(b)(4)(B) "74.7" (1,694/2,265 = 74.8) and 8(b)(7)(C) "70.6" (313/444 = 70.5). These are either the report's own rounding or a blurred final digit; the surrounding counts are certain. Minor doubtful cell: the percent for 8(b)(1)(3)(5) appears as "0.0." with a stray trailing dot (likely a leader-dot artifact); transcribed as "0.0".
