p. 219. Eight printed columns: stub, Total, and six columns under the spanner "Identification of filing party". "Total" is a tall heading spanning both heading levels, so it is repeated; the stub has no printed heading. "RC cases", "RM cases" and "RD cases" are centered section lines printed across the data columns with no values; each is given as a row whose label sits in the stub cell. Cells filled with a dashed rule (------) are transcribed as empty: the six filing-party columns in the RM-cases block all show dashed rules except the Employers column, and the Employers column shows dashed rules throughout the RC and RD blocks. Printed zeros in the RD block are kept as 0. All row sums in the RC and RD blocks agree with the printed totals. Scan noise makes some label glyphs faint (e.g. "Pending June 30, 1976" in the last RD row prints with a broken "June"), but the wording is unambiguous. The footnote line prints with no terminal period. The caption's raised 1 refers to this same footnote; the caption itself is omitted as instructed.
