Reader’s notes

p. 217. The table has 8 printed columns: a stub with no printed heading, "Total" (a tall heading spanning both header levels), and six columns under the spanner "Identification of filing party". The table is printed as six stacked sections, each introduced by a centred banner line that spans the full width of the data area ("All cases", "Unfair labor practice cases 2", "Representation cases 3", "Union-shop deauthorization cases", "Amendment of certification cases", "Unit clarification cases"); these are transcribed as label-only rows with empty value cells, and the same five stub labels repeat under each. In the "Union-shop deauthorization cases" section, every column except Total and Individuals holds a dash rule (------), transcribed as "". The scan is clean and every value is legible. All arithmetic is internally consistent: in each of the 30 data rows the six filing-party columns sum to the printed Total, and for each of the five stub lines the five case-type sections sum to the "All cases" figure. No misprints detected.
