0 of 12 figures sit in a row or column sum that works out.
p. 34. The crop is not one table: it contains TWO separate inline tabulations set in running text, separated by about eight lines of narrative prose. Both have the same two-column structure (row label plus a single unheaded figure column), so they are given here one under the other, in printed order. Rows 1-6 are the first tabulation (courts of appeals outcomes): "Total NLRB cases ruled on 250" stands above a double rule, and the five following rows (Affirmed in full, Affirmed with modification, Remanded to NLRB, Partially affirmed and partially remanded, Set aside) are its components; they sum to 250, consistent with the printed total. Rows 7-12 are the second tabulation, introduced by the sentence "The following shows NLRB injunction activity in district courts in fiscal 1976"; it has no total row. No column headings are printed anywhere on the crop, so header_rows is empty; the figure column is unlabeled in both blocks. Crop damage: a partial line of text is clipped at the very top above "Total NLRB cases ruled on"; the left edge of the intervening narrative paragraphs is shaved (first character or two of several prose lines lost), though no row label of either tabulation is affected; a further line of running text is cut off at the bottom. The intervening narrative prose is not transcribed as rows. A stray printing mark (a small raised dot) sits in the leader dots of the "Denied" row; it is leader-dot debris, not a footnote marker, so it is not transcribed. All figures are clearly legible.
