p. 239. 17 columns: stub plus four panels (All R, RC, RM, RD elections), each with four columns under "Elections conducted". The indented "Rerun required" / "Runoff required" lines carry a value only in the "Resulting in a rerun or runoff" column of each panel; every other cell on those lines is leader dots and is transcribed as "". The footnote marker 1 is printed on the All R panel's "Resulting in certification" heading only. All arithmetic cross-checks are internally consistent as printed: each panel-row across RC+RM+RD equals the All R figure, the five election-type rows sum to the "All types" row in every column, and rerun+runoff equals the "Resulting in a rerun or runoff" figure in each panel. Scan quality is good; no illegible or doubtful cells.
