p. 236. 11 columns: stub plus Number/Percent pairs for All R, RC, RM, RD and UD cases. Decimal points: the scan drops many periods in the Percent columns, so cells print as e.g. "100 0", "68. 6", "46 9", "8 3". Every percent in this table carries exactly one decimal place, so I have rendered these as decimal points ("100.0", "68.6", "46.9", "8.3"). No digits were changed. Two doubtful cells, both in the RM Percent column, transcribed as the characters appear: row "After hearing closed, before decision" under "By withdrawal, total" reads "3." (27/898 would be 3.0, so a trailing 0 may have failed to print or be lost in the scan), and row "After regional director's decision and direction of election" reads "1." (9/898 would be 1.0). I did not supply the missing digit. Cells shown as a dash rule ("------") are given as "": RM/RD/UD Percent on "After hearing closed, before decision" (consent block), UD Percent on "After hearing closed, before decision" (stipulated block), RD and UD Percent on "Expedited election", RD Percent on "Board directed election", UD Percent on "After regional director's decision and direction of election", RD and UD Percent on "After Board decision and direction of election", and UD Percent on "By Board decision". The matching Number cells in those rows do print "0" and are kept as 0. "After" is printed on its own line, less indented than "Consent election" and with no leader dots and no values; I have treated it as a section line rather than the first line of a wrapped label. All Number columns add correctly (component rows to their subtotals, and the three subtotals to "Total, all") in all five case-type columns, which supports the digit reading. A handful of printed percents do not reproduce exactly from number divided by column total — e.g. All R "Before notice of hearing" under dismissal prints 4.6 where 598/13,325 = 4.5; RC "After notice of hearing, before hearing closed" under stipulated prints 29.4 where 3,308/11,275 = 29.3; RM "Before notice of hearing" under stipulated prints 14.2 where 127/898 = 14.1; RD "Before notice of hearing" under dismissal prints 14.3 where 164/1,152 = 14.2. These are transcribed as printed, not corrected. Stray ink specks sit beside the UD Percent cells on "Certification issued, total" (54.2) and "Stipulated election" (8.4); they are not footnote markers and are not transcribed.
