Reader’s notes
p. 235. 11 columns: stub plus a Number/Percent pair for each of All R, RC, RM, RD and UD cases. In this scan the decimal points in the percent columns are printed very faintly and read almost as spaces (e.g. \"100 0\", \"38 2\"); they are transcribed as decimal points (100.0, 38.2), which is consistent with every percent column summing to 100.0 over the five stage rows. The footnote marker 1 is attached to the caption (Fiscal Year 1975), which is excluded per instructions; no footnote markers appear on any body cell or column heading. All five Number columns sum correctly to their printed totals. The footnote line shows no terminal period in the scan. A stray ink speck appears left of the RM \"507\" cell and below the \"After issuance of Board decision\" row label; neither is a footnote marker.
