0 of 13 figures sit in a row or column sum that works out.
p. 233. Three columns: stub, "Number of cases", "Percent of total closed"; a single heading level. The percent column is printed to one decimal place, but the decimal point is faint or dropped in this scan for most cells (they image as "100 0", "38 8", "35 6", "3 0", "0 2", "4 0", "43 8", "36 8", "3 2", "13 4", "2 4"); only "3.8" and "11.0" show a clear point. I have transcribed all of them with the decimal point, since the column is uniformly one-decimal and the arithmetic confirms it (38.8 + 4.0 + 43.8 + 13.4 = 100.0; subtotals also reconcile: 35.6 + 3.0 + 0.2 = 38.8, 36.8 + 3.2 + 3.8 = 43.8, 11.0 + 2.4 = 13.4). No value in the table appears to be a misprint. Three cells in the percent column hold only a dash rule (the two "After ... 10(k) hearing" lines under Dismissal and the "After opening of 10(k) hearing ..." line under Withdrawal, each with 0 cases); these are transcribed as "". The scan renders several dotted-i characters without their dots ("notice" / "dispute" / "Dismissal" appear as "notıce", "dıspute", "Dısmıssal"); I have written the ordinary spellings. The three indented "Before/After" blocks repeat identical wording under Agreement, Withdrawal and Dismissal; they are separate rows, grouped under their preceding heading row by the double rules in the image.
