The table has 7 printed columns: the stub, "Cases in which formal actions taken", and five columns under the spanner "Formal actions taken by type of case" (Total formal actions taken, RC, RM, RD, UD). Doubtful glyphs: in the row "Reversed", the RD cell is printed as a broken ring that reads like a letter "C"; from the surrounding all-zero RD column and the column arithmetic (Affirmed 0 + Modified 0 + Reversed = 0 for "Board decision after review, total") it is a damaged "0" and is transcribed as 0. In the row "Board decision after review, total", the RC cell reads like "S1" in the scan; it is 81 (41 + 16 + 24 = 81), and is transcribed as 81. "Review of regional directors' decisions:", "Regional directors' decision:" and "Outcome:" are printed as label-only section lines (their values are blank); the values on the following lines are aligned with and belong to the indented rows beneath each of them. Arithmetic check (as printed, nothing altered): all stated totals reconcile with their components except the "Outcome:" block, whose two rows (Election directed + Dismissals on record) sum to 60 / 50 / 49 / 1 / 0 / 0 against "Board decision after review, total" of 90 / 84 / 81 / 3 / 0 / 0. This under-sum is as printed and may reflect outcomes not itemized rather than a misprint. The crop includes the full table, caption and footnote; nothing appears cut off.

Two label-only lines carry no figures and are given as rows with empty value cells: "Review of Regional directors' supplemental decisions:" and "Regional directors' decisions:". Indentation levels of the stub labels are not preserved in the grid. All printing is clear; no doubtful glyphs. Arithmetic observations (figures transcribed exactly as printed, nothing corrected): "Request for review received" = 57 exceeds the sum of "Withdrawn before request ruled upon" (2) and "Board action on requests ruled upon, total" (50) = 52, with a like gap in the other columns (49 vs 44, 45 vs 40); the report shows no pending-case line, so the residual is unexplained on this page. "By Board" (890) equals stipulated 861 + directed 21 + Board decision after review 8, i.e. the review block is additive to the two election lines.
