p. 219. 14 columns: stub, \"Cases in which formal actions taken\", then 12 columns under \"Formal actions taken by type of case\" (CD is split into \"Jurisdictional disputes\" and \"Unfair labor practices\").\n\nThe page is slightly skewed, so digits in the right-hand columns (CD-ULP through \"Other C combinations\") print noticeably below the baseline of the row they belong to, and in the top block the figures 11/8/5/36/93/107/39 and 0/0/0/0/0/2/1 sit between the printed label lines. Row assignment was resolved by arithmetic: every row's type-of-case cells add exactly to its \"Total formal actions taken\", and each sub-block's cells add exactly to its total line (e.g. Complaints issued 2,335+286+144+11+8+5+36+93+107+39 = 3,064; the eight Board sub-rows add to 1,302 in every column).\n\nIn the bottom block the single \"1\" visible near the CP column for the stipulated-record / supplemental-ULP lines is placed with \"Decisions based on stipulated record\" (row total 25 and the CP column total of 16 both require it there); \"Supplemental ULP decisions\" is therefore 0 in every column after CB (5+2 = 7).
