Reader’s notes

p. 37. Two printed columns: stub (object class) and a single amount column; no column headings are printed on this crop, so header_rows is empty. The very top of the image shows the clipped descenders of a caption/title line that is cut off above the first data row; nothing of it is legible and it is omitted per instructions. Footnote 13 is itself set as a small indented sub-schedule under the rule ("Personnel compensation ... $4,849", "Personnel benefits ... 82", "Travel and transportation of persons ... 501", rule, "Total obligations and expenditures ... 5,432"). It has been flattened into a single footnote string with semicolons separating the items; those four amounts are not part of the main grid. The lead-in line "Includes reimbursable obligations distributed as follows" ends with no visible punctuation in the scan (a colon may have dropped out). The printed column sums correctly: the ten object-class amounts add to 62,452,479, matching the printed total, which corroborates the digits. Likewise the footnote's 4,849 + 82 + 501 = 5,432. The typesetting puts a space after each digit-grouping comma (e.g. "43, 790, 480"); these have been closed up. The dollar sign is printed only on the first amount and on the footnote's first amount.
