Reader’s notes
p. 255. 10 columns: stub plus three court groups (Total—all courts, In courts of appeals, In district courts), each with Number decided / Upholding Board position / Contrary to Board position. No footnotes are printed under the table. The label "Other" occurs three times (under "To restrain NLRB from", under "To compel NLRB to", and as a final top-level row); indentation in the image distinguishes them, and they are transcribed in printed order. "To enforce subpena" is spelled that way in the original. The scan has stray ink specks in the right-hand "Contrary to Board position" columns (e.g. beside the "In district courts" values for several rows), but each is clearly a speck rather than a digit or footnote marker. All printed subtotals and totals are internally consistent with the detail lines.
