Column count is 23: stub, "Total fiscal year 1974", "Total fiscal years 1969-73", then five disposition groups (Affirmed in full; Modified; Remanded in full; Affirmed in part and remanded in part; Set aside), each with Fiscal year 1974 (Number, Percent) and Cumulative fiscal years 1969-1973 (Number, Percent). Decimal points in the percent columns are frequently faint or lost in the scan (e.g. "77. 2", "0 4", "9 7", "3 3", "78 9", "77 8"). Every percent cell in this table is printed to one decimal place, so I have written them with the decimal point throughout; no cell was ambiguous as to digit values, only as to the visibility of the point. Internal checks: all twelve numeric (Number) columns sum exactly to the "Total all circuits" line (298; 1,747; 230; 1,193; 26; 237; 12; 84; 1; 31; 29; 202), and the five percentages in each half-row sum to exactly 100.0 in every row.
