Eight columns: stub plus three tall single headings (Objections filed / withdrawn / ruled upon) and two spanner headings (Overruled, Sustained^2), each over Number and Percent of total ruled upon. Decimal points in the percent columns are nearly invisible in this scan (they print as a gap, e.g. "79 6"); they are transcribed as decimal points, which the column arithmetic confirms (each row's two percents sum to 100.0). Doubtful cell: "Expedited elections", Overruled / Number. The glyph is faint and could be read as either 1 or 4; I transcribe 4 because the row's own figures require it (4 overruled + 2 sustained = 6 ruled upon, and 4/6 = 66.7 percent as printed) and because the Overruled column then sums to the printed total 711 (46 + 473 + 4 + 185 + 3). Read as 1 the column would total 708. All other columns cross-foot exactly to the "All representation elections" line in both the by-type-of-case and by-type-of-election panels. "Board-directed elections", Sustained / Percent of total ruled upon is a dash rule, recorded as an empty cell; the Sustained / Number cell on that line is a printed zero. The stub column carries no heading on either level. A small stray ink mark sits just left of the "Sustained" heading; it is a scan artifact, not a footnote marker. The caption's footnote reference (Fiscal Year 1974 superscript 1) is part of the omitted caption.
