p. 232. Nine columns: stub plus four Number/Percent-by-type pairs (Total, By employer, By union, By both parties). The stub column has no printed heading (a small stray ink mark sits in the second heading band above the stub/Number rule; it is a scanning artifact, not text). Decimal points: in every "Percent by type" cell the decimal point failed to reproduce in this 1-bit scan, so the page shows e.g. "100 0", "39 7". These are one-decimal percentages and I have written them with the decimal point (100.0, 39.7, ...). The digits themselves are clear. In the RD cases row the Total percent is printed with a broken first zero that reads "1C0 0"; it is 100.0 like every other row in that column. Printed values that do not match a recomputation (transcribed as printed, not corrected): RD cases, By union percent is printed 79.0 while 30/38 = 78.9; Consent elections, By union percent is printed 54.1 while 39/72 = 54.2. In both rows the printed percentages sum to 100.0, so the published figures appear to have been adjusted. Dash rules (transcribed as ""): Expedited elections in the "By employer / Percent by type" and "By both parties / Percent by type" columns, and Board-directed elections in the "By both parties / Percent by type" column. The corresponding Number cells in those rows are a printed 0. "Regional director-directed elections" is one row whose label wraps over two printed lines with an end-of-line hyphen in "elec-tions"; it is joined here. The row's values are printed on the second line, aligned with "tions".
